1) Download and print out this form.

2) Turn up at a meet with that filled in and some cash and track down either Technohippy, Hearnay, ChloeBo, Gabz or BarkyD or ask someone to point you in the right direction.

3) Turn up at another meet and collect clobber :)

We'd rather not be running back and forth to the printers all the time so we wait until we have a few orders and then get them all at once which also helps keeps the cost down :-)
