Forum Acceptable Use Policy
We want our forum to be enjoyable for visitors of all ages and world views. Use and membership of the boards is subject to the following rules and strictly at the discretion of the site owner:-
Any posts breaking these rules will be removed and users will have a warning, any disregard for the warning
and the users will be banned until further notice.
1. Any banned users who re-register under another username will be instantly banned and their existing ban extended.
2. These forums attract users of a wide age range and range of outlooks. Messages containing any language likely to offend other readers will be deleted. This also applies to any postings containing offensive statements relating to sexual orientation, race, religion or other factors having no relevance to the subject.
3. Messages should usually be posted to one group only, and this should be the one appropriate to the subject. Multiple user account registrations by any one user on the same board are not permitted, unless specifically sanctioned by the relevant forum administrator.
4. Filesharing - Please refrain from posting any requests for illegal material. This includes posting links to, and requests for, sites offering any illegal or fraudulant downloads. Any posts violating this will be removed and a warning will be given to the user.
5. Any posts attacking Splitterz, the admins, the moderators or the members will result in the thread being closed. Depending on the seriousness of the post a warning or ban could be given.
6. You agree to help keep the forum enjoyable and not to post any abusive, obscene, libellous, hateful, threatening or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that we have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the site owner cannot be held responsible for any hacking or cracking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
7. You agree that you are responsible for choosing a secure password that cannot be easily guessed or cracked.
8. By registering and posting on Splitterz you are responsible for your posts. Any foul language will be removed and if consistant further action could be taken.
