I had an erection in my front garden today.

It was cold and I was struggling to get it up because it's quite big but Abi gave me a hand and it was up and sturdy in no time at all default/smile

Once it was all done we opened the flap up  and I drove it in.

until all the other companies rigging comes out too then it'll be neither here nor there

people buy cars based on size, practicality, style, amount of fuel it uses and a whole load of other things   and maybe as a last consideration  how much crap it throws out ... maybe...   but it's not a deal breaker really is it?

buying a car for ecological reasons is like bombing for peace or  default/love for virginity

you might get some bar miles out of a parts per million conversation at some hipster winebar but other than that...

I see however  the first sniff of a claim from blame and suddenly everyone bought their car solely for ecological reasons and now feels they've been cheated  default/roll

Probably be the end of the chance of them becoming involved in F1 in the foreseeable though, which would be a shame.

For me its the Simca 1100.   I drove supposedly a "good" one  about 3 miles once.  If it hadn't been for the tramlines in the road i'm not entirely sure how direction change was achieved as the steering wheel had little effect, the brake pedal did little more than make the rear lights work, the gearbox was agricultural and the engine made noise but not power and the noise inside at anything over walking pace was like the third panzer division rolling into town.
